OG Kitchen is the vision of Chef Andre Roubian, a professionally trained chef, former culinary instructor at Miami Dade College, and graduate of the French Culinary Institute.
After more than two decades in professional kitchens, private chef work, recipe development and culinary education, Chef Dre began looking more critically at the ingredients that had become normal in modern food production.
The problem was not flavor. It was what was happening underneath it.
A Different Standard
Refined sugars, conventional seed oils, overly processed flours, fillers, gums and artificial ingredients had become so common that they were almost expected.
Chef Dre wanted to prove that food could be made differently without sacrificing the thing that matters most in the kitchen: how it tastes.
That became the foundation of The Original Grain Kitchen.

The Kitchen Philosophy
OG Kitchen combines classical culinary training with an ingredient philosophy rooted in ancient grains, heirloom varieties, traditional foods and whole-food nutrition. Einkorn wheat, Japanese sweet potato, whole dates, pasture-raised eggs, quality dairy, thoughtfully chosen fats and minimally processed ingredients form the backbone of the kitchen.
The First Expression
The first major expression of that philosophy became the OG Mini Muffin line, developed around Japanese sweet potato, whole dates, ancient grains and functional fats, without refined sugar, seed oils, gums or unnecessary fillers.
But Chef Dre never envisioned OG Kitchen as simply a bakery.
The Larger Goal
The larger goal is to build a complete culinary brand around better ingredients: fresh Einkorn pasta, heritage-grain breads, prepared foods, sauces, preserves, cultured foods and pantry products, all approached with the same chef-driven standards.
For Chef Dre, OG Kitchen is the culmination of a career spent cooking, teaching and questioning how food can be better.
Not by reinventing food.
By remembering what good food was built from in the first place.
